Dialog+ Hemodialysis Systems Recalled for Defective Conductivity Sensors

Braun Medical Inc. is recalling Dialog+ Hemodialysis Systems because defective conductivity sensors can prevent the device from working properly. The recall includes 1,033 units of the systems, which were distributed from June 2013 to October 2015.
