All Sensors Corporation Introduces Ultra Low Pressure Sensors

ultra-low pressure sensors ranging from 0.1 inH2O to 2 inH2O | In Compliance Magazine

All Sensors Corporation has announced a new line of ultra-low pressure sensors ranging from 0.1 inH2O to 2 inH2O. The FPS Series employs an innovative flow-based technology that integrates a flow channel with sensing elements. Utilizing a proprietary chopper offset compensation technique; a superior offset stability is achieved better than 0.1%. This technology provides extreme miniaturization that reduces the gas flow rate providing a significant immunity to dust contamination and humidity. Lower flow rates also allow for the use of input filters and long pneumatic tubing without sacrificing calibrated accuracy. The FPS is based on sensitive thermal mass flow measuring principles that provide a high resolution signal. Both an analog and digital SPI output is available. The FPS is designed with a microcontroller for precision digital signal conditioning that provides high resolution. Devices are available for use with 5V or 3V supply voltage.

The FPS Series is intended for clean air and gas applications that require high accuracy, long term stability, and low pressure measurements in Medical, HVAC and Instrumentation applications. Pressure ranges include, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 1, and 2 inH2O.
