Professor Andy Marvin, FREng FELLOW IEEE is Technical Director of York EMC Services Ltd and Professor of Applied Electromagnetics, leading the Physical Layer Research Group at the University of York Department of Electronics. He received his BEng, MEng and PhD degrees from the University of Sheffield between 1972 and 1978. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and an IEEE Fellow. He is an elected Member of the IEEE EMC Society Board of Directors, Vice-Chairman of the IEEE Std-299 Working Group on Shielding Effectiveness Measurement, an Associate Editor of IEEE Trans EMC and a Faculty Member of the IEEE EMCS Global University. His main research interests are EMC measurement techniques and shielding.

Brian McAuliffe is currently employed as a Senior Engineer with Dell Inc. based in Ireland and working in the Global Regulations & Standards group. Brian has worked in compliance for 20 years with compliance testing laboratories and a number of product development companies in the telecoms and ITE sectors. He is active in the standards development process being an expert member of CENELEC and IEC technical committees and has been Chairperson of TechAmerica Europe Standards & Certification working group since 2009. Brian is currently studying part time for an M.Sc. in Health Informatics from the University of Limerick (www.ul.ie). Jack McFadden is an EMC Systems Engineer with ETS-Lindgren in Cedar Park, Texas since 2012, where he is responsible for EMC test system design and integration. He is an iNARTE certified EMC engineer as well as an iNARTE certified EMC technician with over 30 years experience in EMC test systems and software development. McFadden is also a certified tester foundation level (CTFL) per the American Software Testing Qualifications Board, Inc. (ASTQB).

Dhenna Moongilan is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories of Alcatel-Lucent. He is a Principal EMC design Consultant for Alcatel-Lucent. He has published 20 formal IEEE papers on EMC and holds two US patents. He is a NARTE certified EMC Engineer and Master EMC Design Engineer. He holds a B. E. in electrical engineering and a M. S. E. E. from the College of Engineering at Madras University in Guindy, India, and M. S. E. E. computer engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

James P. Muccioli is an EMC consultant and owner of Jastech EMC Consulting LLC (over 25 years). Additionally, he has worked for X2Y Attenuators, Chrysler and United Technologies. Mr. Muccioli has taught EMC undergraduate courses and professional education seminars at Lawrence Technological University, the University of Michigan-Dearborn and the University of Michigan. He is an iNARTE certified EMC, ESD and Master EMC Design Engineer, and a member of SAE J-1113, SAE J-551 and the SAE IC EMC Task Force (chairperson). Mr. Muccioli received an IEEE Fellow in 1998 for contributions to integrated circuit design practices to minimize electromagnetic interference and has also served on the IEEE EMC Society Board of Directors (1993-1998 & 2001-2003).

Terry M. North is an independent EMC consultant for Jastech EMC Consulting, LLC. His early experience includes service with the U. S. Army in RF communications and with Ford Motor Company in advanced fuel systems design. Over the more than 20 years that he was with Chrysler, he contributed to the development of a world-class, in-house automotive EMC capability and assisted in the overall advancement of the automotive industry in EMC. Mr. North was also involved in the EMC development and qualification of passive restraints systems. He was a major contributor in the development of Chrysler corporate EMC standards and served as a consultant on EMC and E/E systems issues. Mr. North is a senior member of the IEEE.

Tom O’Brien has worked on RF and EMC related issues for over 15 years. He worked for the Florida Atlantic University EMI lab while in college, and continued to work on RF and EMC related projects while at Motorola. He has recently participated in ANSI standards development activities, and he is currently employed by Sirius XM Satellite Radio where he continues to address a variety of SW Test and certification issues.

Dr. Magnus Olofsson is an IEEE Senior Member and chairman of the Technical Committee TC 7 (Low Frequency EMC) of the IEEE EMC Society. He is president of Elforsk, which is the Swedish Electrical Utilities’ R & D Company.

"Ozgur Ozturk serves as Senior Business Manager, EMC and Telecommunication Services, at TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc. He has more than 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance in testing and certification. Ozturk graduated from University of Missouri-Rolla with a degree in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis in EMC.
