Fred Tenzer is the National Sales Manager for the Desco Brand of Desco Industries, Inc. He is a founding member of the ESD Association (ESDA) and a member of ESDA’s Standards Development since 1982. Fred is currently Vice-Chair for ESDA’s Standards Committee.

After working as an electronic designer, then project manager and design department manager, Keith started Cherry Clough Consultants in 1990 to help companies reduce financial risks and project timescales through the use of proven good EMC engineering practices. Over the last 20 years, Keith has presented many papers, demonstrations, and training courses on good EMC engineering techniques and on EMC for Functional Safety, worldwide, and also written very many articles on these topics. He chairs the IET’s Working Group on EMC for Functional Safety, and is the UK Government’s appointed expert to the IEC committees working on 61000-1-2 (EMC & Functional Safety), 60601-1-2 (EMC for Medical Devices), and 61000-6-7 (Generic standard on EMC & Functional Safety).

Dale Sanders is an Independent EMC Consultant for Jastech EMC Consulting LLC and owner of eM Design Concepts LLC. His experience includes EMC design, analysis, and testing. Mr. Sanders serviced in the U. S. Marine Corps and holds a BSEE from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Mr. Sanders has guest lectured on EMC topics at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and University of Detroit-Mercy, as well as developed EMC course criteria, topics, projects and lab experiments. Mr. Sanders is a senior member of the IEEE and active member in the IEEE EMC Society, NDIA, and SAE. He has authored numerous EMC technical papers and application notes on EMC test methodologies, EMC design solutions and filter products.

Mark Maynard is a Director at SIEMIC, a global compliance testing and certification services firm with strategic locations worldwide. He is also an IEEE Senior Member, iNARTE Certified Product Safety Engineer, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Mark holds two degrees from Texas State University, a BS in Mathematics, and a BAAS in Marketing and Business. Prior to SIEMIC, he worked for over 20 years at Dell, in international regulatory compliance and product certifications, with various compliance engineering positions including wireless, telecom, EMC, product safety, and environmental design.

Leonard (Leo) Eisner is principal medical device product safety and regulatory consultant at Eisner Safety Consultants. Eisner’s focus is on medical electrical equipment (IEC 60601 series). He has over 30 years’ experience in product safety. Eisner routinely speaks and writes as an international expert on the topic of IEC 60601 series. He is a committee member of IEC TC 62, SC 62A & SC62D, is a U.S. co-chair of SC62D, and actively involved in the development of IEC 60601-1 edition 3.2 (draft) and the discussions on the architecture of 4th edition. Eisner is the manager of the LinkedIn discussion group IEC 60601 Series – Medical Electrical Equipment.
