Your Next Interview Could be a Video Game

Founder and CEO of Knack.it, Guy Halfteck has developed video games that he says will provide an accurate representation of a person’s skills and potential. He says the games solve a “crisis in matching people to the right jobs.”

One of the Knack games, Wasabi Waiter, is set in a restaurant where a player is a server trying to take care of needy customers. During the game, players will engage in multiple micro-decisions, prioritize the sequence of actions and much more. The game collects data points and those data points are analyzed to extract insight into the intellectual and personal makeup of the interviewee.

Read more about how the Knack games may be a better representation of who you are and your skill sets than a one-on-one conversation.
