The new, purpose built, laboratory offers an extensive range of EMC, Safety, Radio, Telecoms and EMF compliance services to Scotland and the North of England. Situated equidistant from Glasgow and Edinburgh, the York EMC Services’ Grangemouth laboratory is conveniently located close to the M9 and just a short distance from the new and increasingly famous Kelpie sculptures.

The new facilities feature a brand new suite of EMC test chambers provided by ETS Lindgren, including a fully compliant 3m semi-anechoic / fully anechoic chamberenabling radiated emissions to be performed in an electromagnetically quiet environment. This chamber is the first in the UK to be built using DuraSorb, a new type of lightweight, high performance absorber.
The new laboratory also includes a dedicated training facility allowing delivery of a full range of Training Courses and Workshops on site in Scotland for the first time.
