Playtex Manufacturing, Inc. added a production lot to a March 2014 voluntary recall of AC/DC power adapters used with Playtex® Nurser Deluxe Double Electric Breast Pump. The recall was issued because casing on the adapters could come loose and separate, posing an electrical shock hazard.
The recalled adapters were manufactured from November 2012 through July 2013 and sold nationwide in stores and online. The recalled lots of adapters include a production code between 1238 and 1324 or can be identified by the product serial number, P12315-XXXX through P13205-XXXX. Consumers with recalled adapters can contact Playtex directly to request a replacement adapter.
