Vitrek has introduced an integrated cable testing solution pairing the V10X Hipot Tester with the 964i High Voltage Switching System, targeting manufacturers who need to automate high-voltage cable validation across increasingly complex assemblies. The combined platform converts traditional point-by-point testing into an automated workflow supporting AC/DC hipot testing, leakage current detection, continuity checks, and wiring accuracy verification.
The V10X delivers up to 30 kV AC output with touchscreen control and integrated reporting, while the 964i extends coverage across multiple conductors and test points via configurable high-voltage switching cards. Together, the platform reduces manual fixturing, supports barcode-enabled operator workflows, and generates PDF/CSV reports for digital traceability.
Target applications include EV charging cables and battery harnesses, aerospace wire bundles, medical cables, industrial machine wiring, and defense interconnect systems.
