The US Army has completed several tests using a variety of autonomous vehicles in a convoy to see how they were able to operate in urban environments.
The tests were performed at Fort Hood, TX in January and several different models of vehicles were used. The tests included navigating a series of hazards and obstacles including insertions, oncoming traffic, stopped vehicles and pedestrians.
