TUV SUD America has announced the finalization of a new five year agreement with the International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) as the associations third-party testing/certification laboratory. IPEMA provides third-party product certification services for US and Canadian play equipment and safety surfacing materials. The agreement went into effect on January 1, 2013.
