UL Solutions

UL Solutions has announced a definitive agreement to acquire the electrical and electronics business of Eurofins Scientific — including the MET Labs certification mark — for approximately $670 million. The deal expands UL Solutions' global EMC, electrical safety, and connected product certification capabilities across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

UL Solutions is on track to open its new advanced battery laboratory and testing facility in Auburn Hill, MI.
