UT Arlington researchers have developed wind turbines that are half the size of an ant. These micro-windmills are made from a small fragment of metal that is mounted on a rectangular base, and has three blades.

A draft directive was proposed by MEPs to define consistent rules for introducing radio equipment – mobile phones, car-door openers and modems to the market. The goal of the new directive is to safeguard that these items do not interfere with each other while maintaining health and safety conditions.
