New Engineering Product Innovation Center Opens at Boston University

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held last week at Boston’s University’s College of Engineering to open their newest facility, the Engineering Product Innovation Center (EPIC). The center will allow students more hands-on experience than they previously had access to.

Report finds Science, Engineering Degrees Grew Twice as Fast as Others

New data released by the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) found that efforts to encourage students to pursue STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) degrees may be starting to work. The research center found that over the last 5 years, bachelor’s degree awarded in science and engineering disciplines grew nearly twice as fast as others.
