Study Suggest Smartphones Help Enhance Attention and Mindfulness

University of Michigan professor Jasprit Singh claims that smartphones can help attention span and mindfulness instead of being a distraction.

During one of his classes at the University, Professor Singh challenged students to create applications to help users set and maintain their wellness milestones by delivering messages to users at a set time or place. These apps can help users stay attentive and complete goals while at home or work.
