Static Dissipative Dual-Layer Nitrile Rubber Tray Liners

Desco has introduced new Statfree T2™ Tray Liners. Statfree T2™ is a Static Dissipative Dual-Layer Nitrile Rubber cut to fit 16” x 24” cafeteria-style trays. The mats are 0.060” thick and will lay flat in the tray.  Color top layer is 1×10⁶ to 1×10⁹ Rtt.  The black bottom layer is <1×10⁴ Rtt. Four top colors are available.  UV stabilizer has been added for color retention, ESD control performance, and to minimize surface layer deterioration. The tray liners are non-humidity dependent and marked with lot traceability information.
