Specialized Bicycle Components have issued a recall for their 2012 Source Eleven and Source Expert disc bicycles with Supernova Switchable Dynamo Front Hubs. Set screws in the front hub can loosen, stopping the front wheel from turning and could pose a fall hazard to riders.
The recalled bicycles have the word “Specialized” printed on the down tube and “Source Eleven” or “Source Expert” printed on the top tubes. Consumers should stop riding the bicycle and take it to an authorized Specialized dealer for a free replacement.
