Signal Hound has expanded its Spike software with multi-channel, phase-coherent I/Q analysis — available now at no additional cost. Compatible with the PCR4200 multi-channel receiver, the new mode delivers synchronized time and spectrum analysis across up to four channels, with up to 40 MHz of bandwidth per unified plot.
The PCR4200’s onboard vector signal generator (VSG) serves as a phase-coherent CW source with a customizable ±20 MHz offset, while time-synchronized markers enable precise channel-to-channel phase and amplitude delta measurements. Users can calibrate amplitude, phase offset, and phase delay across the entire signal chain and choose from multiple plot types — including Time Overview, AM vs. Time, PM vs. Time, Phase Delta vs. Time, Spectrum, and Waterfall.
