Dr. Leslie Bai, President and CEO of SIEMIC, has been honored with the designation of a “special expert” by the Chinese government under the “Recruitment Program of Global Experts”, also known as the “1000 plan” (www.1000plan.org). This award is in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Chinese regulatory compliance reforms in the last decade and his business abilities and technical skills.
This honor grants Dr. Bai special privileges and access to various government agencies for regulatory affair matters in China. He was also appointed a member of the steering committee of Chinese regulatory standardization.
