Saelig Introduces Advanced, Low Cost 9kHz-3GHz Spectrum Analyzer

Saelig Company Inc. has introduced the GA4063 Spectrum Analyzer, an advanced, high specification instrument for evaluating signals from 9kHz to 3GHz. The GA4063 features an easy-to-use keypad and soft-key layout, and a large 8.5-inch (800×480) full-color widescreen TFT LCD display, making it a cost-effective, user-friendly benchtop spectrum tool suited to a variety of LF to RF application demands. Bandwidth resolution can be set from 1Hz to 3MHz in 1/3/10 sequence, with maximum input signal capability of +30dBm. The GA4063’s phase noise is a remarkably low -95dBc/Hz (offset10kHz), and displayed average noise level (DANL) specification is ≤-130dBm(preamplifier off – 10MHz~2.5GHz ≤-148dBm; preamplifier on – 10MHz~2.5GHz: typical -160dBm.)

Advanced measurements offered include: channel power, adjacent channel power, occupied bandwidth, harmonic distortion, third-order intermodulation distortion, phase noise, etc. Other features include simultaneous trace displays, color display by bandwidth selection, waterfall plots, etc.
