RST Enters into New Partnership with Raxton and Redapt

Wallenhorst-based RST Rabe-System-Technik and Vertriebs-GmbH has been an official distributor of the Raxton and Redapt brands since June. This cooperation will see a marked expansion in RST’s Ex product range and means that RST can now offer its customers a more extensive range of special products from the two companies. The Ex products are of special interest in Germany, for example, in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering as well as in the industrial segments of oil and gas extraction.

For decades now RST has been distributing a broad range of cable glands, pressure equalization components, enclosures and accessories for use in potentially explosive atmospheres with appropriate approvals. Thanks to the new partnership, additional products are now available alongside the external and internal thread adapters, screw plugs, drainage and ventilation elements and angle adapters, such as isolated adapters, rotary-head adapters, Y- and T-adapters as well as additional Ex products such as the Union series. The products correspond to European (ATEX) and international (IECEx, GOST and CSA) standards and are assigned to the ignition protection classes Ex e or Ex e/d depending on the product.

RST will shortly provide detailed information in relation to the products at www.rst.eu. Until then, customers and interested parties can refer to the Raxton and Redapt web sites to find out about the Ex solutions and also contact RST if necessary.
