Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. (CSS) announced today the acquisition of primary assets of Massachusetts-based QuadTech, Inc., an industry-leading provider of electrical safety test equipment and systems. CSS, located in Southern California, is a complete solutions provider of power electronics testing instrumentation and systems. Under Chroma’s ownership, QuadTech customers will benefit from an increased product offering and power testing expertise, as well as more access to inventory, applications, services and world-class customer support.

“We are pleased to announce our new partnership with QuadTech, a world renowned company with an excellent knowledge base in the electrical safety test market,” says Mr. Sabatine. “The two companies provide distinct areas of expertise and share many positive attributes, including maintaining a high standard of engineering knowledge with the sales teams and providing great customer care.
