Düsseldorf — OPEX Corporation has successfully completed a Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) Readiness Assessment with ONEKEY as part of ONEKEY’s CRA Fast Start program, supporting the company’s preparation for upcoming EU cybersecurity requirements.
The CRA introduces binding cybersecurity obligations for connected hardware and software products across their entire lifecycle, including software bill of materials (SBOM) transparency, vulnerability management, and secure update mechanisms.
ONEKEY’s CRA Readiness Assessment provides a structured review of an organization’s existing development processes, security controls, and documentation. Based on international standards such as IEC 62443‑4‑1 and ISO 19011, the assessment identifies maturity levels, compliance gaps, and concrete next steps.
Although OPEX had already established secure development practices aligned with IEC 62443‑4‑1, the assessment clarified how these processes map to specific CRA obligations. The results delivered formal validation of OPEX’s current readiness and highlighted targeted areas for further improvement, including lifecycle documentation and audit preparation.
The assessment enables OPEX to clearly demonstrate its progress toward CRA compliance to internal and external stakeholders as regulatory enforcement approaches.
