New DC Car Charger from Astrodyne Provides Superior Isolated Power

Astrodyne’s medical car adapter features 3000 VAC rated dielectric isolation and CF level leakage current isolation for maximum patient safety. Its ingress protection has been evaluated to IP21 per IEC60529.  Overall safety compliance has been evaluated to ES60601-3 3^rd edition and IEC 60601-1-11.

The DC car charger has an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C.  The 4.75” x 3.00” x 1.9” unit comes with a standard auto plug 1 M in length and 18 AWG.  Various custom cord lengths are available ranging from 3’ to 15’.  A variety of output connectors are also available.
