How to Perform a Radiated Emissions Measurement

Radiated emissions testing is the measurement of the electromagnetic field of the emissions that are unintentionally being generated by the equipment under test.

The UL 508A Listed ML Series of waterproof plastic enclosures for electronics are designed for outdoor applications. Molded in light gray UV-stabilized polycarbonate, the waterproof enclosures offer a clear distortion-free polycarbonate cover option.  The cover has a standard recessed smooth finish that makes it ideal for graphic overlays or membrane keypads. Additional features include molded on surface-mounting flanges, plastic mounting bosses, and brass inserts for cover on/off convenience.

A form-fitting silicone gasket makes the ML Series an ideal project box for use where devices will be subject to a wide range of environmental conditions, protecting internal electronic components from dust, dirt and water.  The ML series has a flame rating of UL94V-0 and is conducive to temperature ranges of -40°C to 120°C.
