Narda-MITEQ Unveils Broadband Ultra Low Noise Amplifiers Spanning VHF to Ka-Band

Narda-MITEQ has expanded its amplifier portfolio with the ULNA series, a family of broadband ultra low noise amplifiers covering 100 MHz to 40 GHz (VHF through Ka-Band). The ULNAs deliver up to 0.5 dB noise figure reduction from 2 to 18 GHz compared to Narda-MITEQ’s standard LNA series, while maintaining compatible gain, linear power, and mechanical outlines.

Built on InP-based HEMT technology, the series offers gain levels from 25 to 40 dB and linear power levels from 5 to 15 dBm. Housings follow standard LNA outlines in aluminum or Kovar, with hermetic seal options available — making the ULNAs a drop-in upgrade path for existing designs operating in demanding or harsh environments.
