Narda-MITEQ has introduced the SLNA family of Space Low Noise Amplifiers, a line of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) low-noise amplifiers engineered for space flight applications spanning LEO to Deep Space missions. The SLNAs cover a frequency range of 100 MHz to 40 GHz (VHF through Ka-Band) and are available in 30 dB, 40 dB, and 50 dB gain configurations.
Screening levels range from NASA EEE-INST-002 Level 3 to MIL-PRF-38534 Class K, accommodating a broad spectrum of mission requirements. Built on Narda-MITEQ’s established space heritage, the amplifiers feature hermetically sealed Kovar housings, radiation tolerance up to 200 krad, and materials and processes with proven flight records — reducing mission risk while delivering cost and lead-time advantages over custom solutions.
