James Davis received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University (Provo, Utah USA) in 2002. He has been involved with on-chip ESD protection at Micron Technology, Inc. (Boise, Idaho USA) for the past twenty years. He is currently part of the R&D group focusing on on-chip ESD protection and design for NAND flash products. Mr. Davis is currently a Senior Member Technical Staff ESD/Latchup engineer.

Dr. Zachary Nosker is an assistant professor of Engineering Technology at California State University Maritime Academy in Vallejo, CA. He also has 15 years of industry experience working in IC design and applications roles in various semiconductor companies.

Bruce Harlacher is Vice President of Engineering at Fischer Custom Communications, where he supports product development and applications. He has 50 years of experience in RF test instrumentation and measurement.

Karen Burnham has worked in and around the aerospace, defense, automotive, and broader consulting world since 1996. She has a BS in Physics, an MS in Electrical Engineering, and a talent for translating EMC to English. She has managed requirements and test planning for NASA and the Dream Chaser spaceship and others. She has done troubleshooting on electric vehicles for Ford Motor Company and others. She has consulted on projects across a wide swath of industries and sits on multiple international standards committees, landing her in her current role as Vice President of Standards for the IEEE EMC Society.

Ms. Burnham founded EMC United, Inc. (https://www.emcunited.com) in 2024 to focus on helping companies and hardware designers solve EMC problems, ideally before they even start. She believes that, far from being black magic, EMC can be understandable (and even fun!), and she hopes to spread that passion more widely.

Ahmed Ginawi joined Intel in 2023 as the Senior Director under the Fundamental IP organization, and before that, Ahmed served as the team lead for foundry IO design and foundry ESD at GlobalFoundries and IBM since 2000. Ahmed has several publications and patents in IP design and ESD applications.

Maryam Mahmoodi is a Project Engineer at Intertek (Plano, TX), focusing on new project evaluation and certifications and functional safety applications.

Ben Nudelman is the Global Market Manager for Commercial Electronics at Parker Chomerics, supporting new business in the telecommunications, general industrial, and life science industries.

Sierra Meloan currently serves as the Southwest Territory Sales Manager for Parker Chomerics.
