Garth D’Abreu is the Director, Automotive Solutions at ETS‑Lindgren based at the corporate headquarters office in Cedar Park, Texas. He is a senior member of the IEEE EMC Society and an active participant in automotive EMC standards development with over 25 years of experience in the RF industry.
Ralph Buckingham is Intertek’s director of connected and autonomous technologies and also manages the daily operations requirements of The American Center for Mobility proving grounds. He participates on various standard development committees, contributing to the evolution of telematics, connected vehicle, and autonomous vehicle testing procedures.
William A. Radasky, Ph.D., P.E., has worked in the field of high power transient phenomena for more than 50 years and has published over 500 reports, papers and articles during his career dealing with transient electromagnetic environments, effects and protection. He was awarded the Lord Kelvin Medal by the IEC in 2004, the Carl E. Baum Medal in 2017, and is an IEEE Life Fellow. He founded Metatech Corporation in 1984 and is the President and Managing Engineer.
