Wen-Chieh Chen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from National Chiao-Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. She received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from KU Leuven, Leuven, Belgium, in 2024. Wen-Chieh Chen is currently with imec as a resercher, Leuven, Belgium. Her research interests include mixed-voltage I/O circuit design and ESD device characterization in advanced sub-3-nm technologies and DTCO/STCO era.
Alexander Babi is the owner of the independent EMC consulting and service company EMV BABI, as well as the EMC laboratory manager at one of the world’s largest testing service providers in Germany. He has been involved with EMC tests, test methods and their measurement effects since 2005, and offers support in all technical, organizational and accreditation-related areas in the operation of EMC laboratories.
Dr. Daniel Feyerlein is CEO at FRANKONIA, a provider for EMC & Antenna Solutions based in Germany. With more than 15 years’ experience in the field of product and project business, he is actively developing the EMC and antenna test market along with world-leading industrial and automotive OEMs.
Bong Andres is a Senior Member of Technical Staff in Global Quality, Standards at Micron Technology.
Greg O’Sullivan received his B.S.E.E. degree from Seattle University in 1994. His career has focused on various IC device testing roles. While with Micron Semiconductor Inc. Greg has worked in the Burn-in Test, Module Test, and Global Quality engineering groups. For the last 16 years he has focused on ESD and Latchup testing as the package test lab engineer and manager. He achieved iNARTE Certified ESD Engineer and ESDA Certified ESD Program Manager (2014) certifications and works on ESD yield issues, and overall improvement efforts for Micron’s ESD factory controls program. He is a founding member of the Micron ESD Steering Committee, and is heavily involved with AEC, ESDA and JEDEC ESD and Latch-up industry working groups. He has authored and co-authored several papers on ESD related topics.
