Exmark has recalled their 2009 and 2010 model Quest ZR mid-mount riding motors because the mower’s steering assembly can fail and riders can lose steering control and crash. Nine incidents have been reported from this issue.
The mowers are red and gray in color and have Exmark printed on the side. The model numbers are located on a metal plate behind the seat on the left side of the mower. Consumers with recalled mowers should immediately stop using the mower and contact an Exmark dealer to schedule a free repair.
