Laird to Present on Benefits of Bluetooth Low Energy for Medical Devices

Laird announced that one of their Wireless technology experts will present at the Fifth Annual Medical Device Connectivity Conference, a conference and exhibition that focuses on the integration of medical devices and information systems. The conference takes place November 21 – 22, 2013 at the Hyatt Dulles in Herndon, Virginia.   

Chris Downey, Product Manager for Laird, will present on the adoption of Bluetooth technology for medical devices, with a focus on design considerations, managing power consumption and deployment considerations to ensure reliable wireless systems. Chris will also be joined by Bill Saltzstein, medical business development director of connectBlue.
