SATCO Products has issued a recall for their KolorOne Brand Panel Array 2.0 and DUO 2.0 PAR LED light bulbs because the metal housing can separate from the base of the bulb and fall, posing a risk of injury from the impact of the bulb.
The light bulbs involved in the recall are 13, 14 and 17 watt white bulbs that are either longneck or shortneck and have the KolourOne logo printed on the neck of the bulb. The bulbs were sold at electrical supply stores, lighting showrooms, hardware and specialty stores between December 2012 and February 2014. Consumers with recalled light bulbs should immediately remove the bulb from any fixture and contact SATCO for a free replacement bulb.
