Keysight Technologies’ PXI VNA Wins Multiple Industry Awards

Keysight Technologies, Inc. announced that it has received three awards for its recently introduced M937XA PXI Vector Network Analyzer. The awards include 1) Product of the Year from Electronic Products magazine, 2) Top Products of the Year 2014 from Microwave and RF magazine, and 3) Hot 100 Products of 2014: Test & Measurement from EDN. The awards, selected from thousands of products introduced in 2014, are based on votes from readers and editors.

The award winning, one-slot PXIKeysight-PXI vector network analyzers cover 300 kHz up to 26.5 GHz. The new analyzers offer the best PXI VNA performance on key specifications such as speed, trace noise, stability and dynamic range. This enables the PXI VNAs to perform fast, accurate measurements and reduce the cost-of-test by enabling simultaneous characterization of many devices – two-port or multi-port – using a single PXI chassis.

When space is at a premium, engineers can add full, two-port VNA capability with S-parameters to an existing system that has just one open slot. To address applications such as high-volume device testing and highly complex on-wafer testing, engineers can add a single chassis loaded with up to sixteen PXI VNA modules for use as either multiple two-port VNAs, a single 32-port VNA or any combination in between.
