The International Electrotechnical Commission has released a new edition of IEC 60287-1-1. IEC 60287-1-1 ed2.1 Consol. with am1 applies to “Electric cables – Calculation of the current rating – Part 1-1: Current rating equations (100 % load factor) and calculation of losses – General.” The new edition is available for purchase on the IEC’s website.
