New Edition of IEC 62442-2 Published

Metal halide lamp starting

A new edition of IEC 62442-2 has been published by the International Electrotechnical Committee. IEC 62442-2 applies to “Energy performance of lamp controlgear – Part 2: Controlgear for high intensity discharge lamps (excluding fluorescent lamps) – Method of measurement to determine the efficiency of the controlgear.” The new edition is available for purchase on the IEC website.
