How green are these electronics manufacturers?

Greenpeace released its 14th edition of its Guide to Greener Electronics, a 10 to 1 scale (10 being the highest) ranking manufacturers of PCs, cell phones, TVs and game consoles according to their policies on recycling, climate change and toxic chemicals.   December 2009 results are shown below and results from the 13th edition are shown in parentheses.
