Ethan Allen has issued a recall for Harwood Floor Lamps due to a defect in the line cord insulation and the potential risk for electrical shock. The recall applies to units that were sold through Ethan Allen Design Centers between November 2013 and October 2014.

The recalled floor lamp retails for about $350, is made of bronze-plated steel, and has a bronze finish. The lamp base is an 8 x 8 square, followed by two interconnecting poles with adjustable tilt. The item number, 09-2562, and date code, 12/2013, can be found on the underside of the base. Consumers should unplug the lamp and return it to an Ethan Allen Design Center for a full refund, including delivery charges if applicable.
