EMC Seminar SILENT - Electronic Product Design and Retrofit for EMC

This is a fast-paced, intense two-day seminar that gives engineering professionals the ability to successfully recognize, troubleshoot & solve the most difficult EMI problems. This class is designed to help engineers with both 1) regulatory noise problems (European EMC Directive 2014/30/EU) and 2) non-regulatory noise problems that involve interference from one circuit to another circuit during normal product operation. The instructor will provide many demonstrations using real electronic hardware to illustrate concepts including radiated and conducted emissions and immunity, high frequency antennas, common-mode current and voltage, inductance, and grounding. During this class the instructor will use a spectrum analyzer, signal generator, digital noise sources, current probes, and near-field probes to provide practical demonstrations of common problems and solutions.
