EMC in Military Systems

This is a new three-day introductory class offered through the Applied Technology Institute. The focus is “outside the box” – grounding, power, cables, and shielding, Addresses the four key military EMI concerns – radiated emissions (RE), conducted emissions (CE), radiated susceptibility (RS), conducted susceptibility (CS). Minimal math- useful rules of thumb – numerous case histories. Includes over 30 practical EMI systems fixes. An overview of MIL-STD-461/464 design impact, along with systems troubleshooting are included.
