A2LA - Developing an Effective Training Program

This workshop is designed for laboratory managers or trainers and provides guidance for designing and implementing training that is effective for adult learners to ensure a lasting improvement. This workshop demonstrates the use of several training tools and techniques that a manager or trainer may apply with their staff. The tools are generic in nature such that they may be applied to various types of laboratories. You are required to bring an existing or planned training presentation for use during the course.
