Desco now clean packages its Statfree UC™ rubber mats for assembly and manufacturing processes that require a high level of cleanliness. Statfree UC™ is a high strength nitrile rubber ESD mat with a dissipation top surface of 1 x 106 to < 1 x 109 ohms Rtt. The mats are ultrasonically cleaned, dried, and packaged in a Class 1000 controlled environment. The mats are double bagged to control contamination of contents before being transferred to the cleanroom.
