Google and HP are recalling the chargers sold with the HP Chromebook 11 after reports of the chargers overheating and melting during use. This recall includes approximately 145,000 chargers sold during October and November 2013.
The charger is black with outlet pins with model MU15-N1052-A00S stamped on the face of the battery charger that has the outlet pins. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chargers and contact Google for a free replacement charger.
