The recall involves about 3000 units sold through online retailers including Amazon.com, Cabelas.com, Target.com, ToysRUs.com and Wal-Mart.com from October 2014 through May 2015. Peg Perego has received three reports of the children’s ride-on toy vehicles overheating, including one report of a burn.
Consumers should immediately stop children from using the recalled toy vehicles and contact Peg Perego to receive a free replacement circuit board.
