Walmart is recalling Mainstays five-piece card table and chair sets after receiving 10 reports of injuries from collapsing chairs. Approximately 73,400 black padded metal folding table and four black padded metal folding chair sets are included in the recall.
The chairs can unexpectedly collapse, posing a fall hazard and finger injuries including finger amputation. Of the reported injuries, one includes a finger amputation, three fingertip amputations, sprained or fractured fingers and a report of a sore back. Consumer should immediately stop using the table and chairs and return the entire set to Walmart for a full refund.
