Ellen Merkel joined Fraunhofer EMFT’s Analysis & Test group in 2018. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from TUM, Germany. As a research associate specializing in ESD test methodologies and protection, she began her PhD in 2022 focusing on ESD risks in Multi-Chip Modules and Systems in Package.
