Advanced Test Equipment Corporation (ATEC) has broadened its ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration scope to include RF power sensor calibration factors from 9 kHz to 50 GHz. The expansion gives customers accredited measurements backed by traceable RF power standards and documented uncertainty budgets — supporting RF testing across aerospace, defense, communications, EMC, and wireless applications.
The upgrade also allows ATEC to update internal calibration factors for sensors from manufacturers including Keysight, PMM, and Rohde & Schwarz.
