A Dash of Maxwell’s: A Maxwell’s Equations Primer – Part One

Solving Maxwell’s Equations for real-life situations, like predicting the RF emissions from a cell tower, requires more mathematical horsepower than any individual mind can muster. These equations don’t give the scientist or engineer just insight, they are literally the answer to everything RF.

IEC 60079-19:2010+A1:2015 gives instructions, principally of a technical nature, on the repair, overhaul, reclamation and modification of equipment designed for use in explosive atmospheres; it is not applicable to maintenance, other than when repair and overhaul cannot be disassociated from maintenance, neither does it give advice on cable entry systems which may require a renewal when the equipment is re-installed. The significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition are:
– inclusion of specific Group I requirements;
– inclusion of offshore requirements. This consolidated version consists of the third edition (2010) and its amendment 1 (2015). Therefore, no need to order amendment in addition to this publication.”
