Air Purifiers Recalled Due to Fire Hazard | In Compliance Magazine

Daikin Industries has issued a recall for Daikin brand steam portable air purifiers because a circuit board can overheat, posing a fire hazard. The recalled units, model number MC75KSU, are cream colored and are approximately 23 inches tall, 15 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. Recalled units should immediately be unplugged and no longer used. The company will provide consumers with recalled units a full refund or a free replacement air purifier.
