Agilent Technologies Introduces Fastest, Highest-Performance PXIe Controller for Complex, Secure Applications

Agilent Technologies Inc. introduced the M9037A, the fastest, highest-performance PXIe controller available. The controller’s 12 GB/s maximum data bandwidth offers unique capability for complex or multi-chassis systems and secure environments. With best-in-class CPU processing speed and a front-panel removable 240 GB solid-state drive, it provides the performance, reliability and security required for aerospace/defense, RF, semiconductor, wireless communications, general-purpose, electronic functional test, or virtually any PXIe modular test system application.

The M9037A controller’s 12 GB/s data bandwidth from the CPU to the PXIe backplane switch is achieved using the PCIe with a potential of up to 24 PCIe lanes. Based on Intel’s i7-4700EQ extended life processor, the M9037A provides the fastest CPU computational measurements available. It offers a front panel x8 PCIe high-bandwidth connection to external PCIe devices, such as a second PXIe chassis or a RAID storage device, providing a unique alternative to using a valuable PXIe instrument slot.
