Leader Tech Now Offers CFS Conductive Foam for Die-Cut EMI Gaskets

Leader Tech announced their CFS conductive form shielding material that consists of resilient Nickel-Copper polyurethane foam which is layered between two pieces of conductive fabric. The operating temperature ranges from -40°F to +156°F (-40°C to +70°C) and the shielding effectiveness is 60dB typical (10 MHz to 3 GHz). Sheets are available up to 1.0m x 1.0m and in thickness of 1.5mm, 2.5mm and 3.5mm.
The CFS conductive foam is ideal for applications that require low compression forces but excellent shielding effectiveness. Typical applications include intricate forms, I/O panels, backplanes, connectors and access panels.
